To help you plan for the festive season, please note our adjusted delivery schedule over Christmas and New Year.

Due to Christmas Day and New Year’s Day falling on our usual Thursday delivery days, we will have reduced deliveries over the festive period.

If you have an active subscription with deliveries usually on a Thursday, please note that your box will be delivered on the following Monday during this period. Remember, you can bring your deliveries forward in your account if needed, as long as it's before your charge date.

📦 Delivery on Monday 22nd December (our final delivery day before Christmas): Order by midnight on Thursday 18th December.

❌ Thursday 25th December: No delivery. If your subscription would usually be due on this day, you will now receive it on Monday 29th December.

📦 Delivery on Monday 29th December: Order by midnight on Thursday 25th December.

❌ Thursday 1st January: No delivery. If your subscription would usually be due on this day, you will now receive it on Monday 5th January.

📦 Delivery on Monday 5th January: Order by midnight on Thursday 1st January.

We are a small team, so please note that our Facebook and Instagram DMs will not be monitored as frequently during this period, so emailing is the best communication method.
