Delivery days & cut-off times
Deliveries are made on Mondays and Thursdays. You can choose your first delivery date at checkout.
Order by midnight on Monday → delivery Thursday
Order by midnight on Thursday → delivery Monday
For subscriptions, you can manage subsequent deliveries in your account and choose your preferred delivery day for each box.
Our delivery partner, DPD, will email you on the morning of your delivery to confirm your delivery slot.
Minimum order quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of 8 items per order.
This is because we can’t guarantee the temperature will stay properly maintained during transit if the box isn’t full, and we want to ensure your meals arrive safely frozen and in perfect condition.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the UK to England, Wales, the Scottish Lowlands and the Isle of Wight.
We do not yet deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands.
