Our subscription service is designed to be flexible and convenient. You can skip, pause, change meals or delivery frequency, or cancel at any time. There’s no commitment beyond your first order, and you have the freedom to manage your subscription however it suits you.
If your order has already been processed and is being prepared, any changes will apply to your next delivery.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription:
Go to your My Account page and log in.
Select Subscriptions from the header.
From your subscription dashboard, you can easily manage:
Your chosen meals
Skipping your next delivery
Next shipment date
Delivery address
Frequency of delivery (every 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks)
Payment methods
Pausing or cancelling your subscription
To help you stay prepared, we’ll send a reminder email 3 days before your upcoming order so you can review and adjust anything before your payment is taken.
Payment schedule:
Monday deliveries: payment processed on the Friday before
Thursday deliveries: payment processed on the Monday before
Note: Changes made after your order is being processed will apply to your next delivery, not the current one.
Payment Failed
If your payment fails while we're processing your subscription order, we'll automatically try to process it again after 24 hours.
If the retry means your order misses the cut-off for your selected delivery day, it will be dispatched on our next available delivery date.

Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Go to My Account and select Subscriptions from the header.
Select your active subscription
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
We ask that you provide a reason for cancelling. Your feedback is highly valued and helps us improve our service.
