Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order has been placed, there is a limited period during which we may be able to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
However, once the order has been transmitted to our third-party fulfilment provider for processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances, we may be able to request a cancellation which, if successful, will be subject to a £15 operational fee to cover costs already incurred. Please note that this option may not be available in all cases.
