If you’re not home for delivery
Don’t worry! DPD will leave your order in a safe space or with a neighbour. Our boxes are well-insulated with liners and dry ice, so your meals and snacks should stay frozen until you return home.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from DPD with:
Your shipment details
A link to track your delivery
On the day of delivery, DPD will also send a notification confirming your 1-hour delivery window.
Lost or Damaged delivery
We work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, we’re here to help and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
