Once an order is placed, there is a short window where we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.

After your order has been sent to our third-party fulfilment partner for processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, we can request a cancellation on your behalf. If successful, this will incur a £15 operational fee to cover costs already incurred (as outlined in our Terms of Service). Please note this option is not always available.

Subscribers

If you’re subscribed, we’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before your order is processed. This gives you time to:

  • Change your meals

  • Skip your order

  • Make any other adjustments

We recommend making any changes before this processing point to avoid fees or missed cancellations.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made. This policy is due to the nature of our products, which include perishable goods.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will review the situation and strive to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, discount, or store credit.
