Why is my child refusing food?Updated 7 months ago

You are not alone! Fussy eating has been reported to occur in as many as 20-60% of children. Your child might be refusing food due to child development, sensory sensitivities, genetics, personality, learnt experiences around food, or food parenting and approaches to food behaviours. Or they may not even be going through a fussy phase, but possibly feeling unwell, constipated, or are in the early stages of weaning. Our resident Children's Dietitian talks about this in more detail in our Fussy Eating Guide, which you will receive for free when you order our Simple Meals Bundle, or you can purchase the guide separately for £8.99 here.
