How to Use Your Points
You can convert your loyalty points into money-off coupons:
500 points = £5 off
1,000 points = £10 off
2,000 points = £20 off
To redeem your points:
Go to your account and select Loyalty & Referrals.
Scroll to the Get Rewarded section and choose your reward.
Select either One-time purchase or Subscription purchase.
If you’re applying a code to an existing subscription, be sure to choose Subscription purchase.
Your discount code will appear in a pop-up, ready to use at checkout or on your upcoming subscription order.
Not ready to use it yet? No problem — your code will be saved under Your Available Rewards so you can redeem it anytime.
Have an active subscription? Follow the instructions in this article to apply a discount code to your next order.
Please note that loyalty discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Scroll to the ‘Get Rewarded’ section and choose the reward you want. Our discount codes are available in two options, 'One-time purchase', or 'Subscription purchase'. If you're looking to add a discount code to your existing subscription, be sure to choose the subscription purchase option.
Your discount code will be shown in a pop-up, ready for you to redeem at checkout, or against your upcoming subscription order.
If you don’t want to use the code immediately, it will be saved in ‘Your Available Rewards’ in your account for you to use anytime.
