To redeem your points, simply log in via the My Account page and select the Rewards tab to view any points you’ve earned.
How to Use Your Points
You can convert your loyalty points into money-off coupons:
500 points = £5 off
1,000 points = £10 off
1,500 points = £15 off
2,000 points = £20 off
Your discount code will appear in a pop-up, ready to use at checkout or on your upcoming subscription order.
Not ready to use it yet? No problem — your code will be saved under Your Available Rewards so you can redeem at a later date.
To use your points on a new order:
1. Scroll down to the Get Rewarded section.
2. Choose a £5, £10, £15, or £20 coupon, depending on how many points you have available, and click Redeem.
3. Copy the code and enter it at checkout. The discount will then be applied to your order total.
To use your points on an existing subscription:
1. Log in to your Account and select Subscriptions from the menu.
2. Choose the active subscription you'd like to apply your discount to.
3. Your loyalty points summary will appear on the right-hand side of the page. Click this and select Redeem Points.
4. Select the coupon value available to you and click Apply.
5. The discount will then be applied to your upcoming subscription order.

Please note that loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed against pre-set bundles.
Our Loyalty Scheme will be ending on 30th September 2026. Any points you have earned must be redeemed by this date, as they will expire when the scheme closes.
